BOOKING CONDITIONS
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY
Check-in at Riad Wadiya is from 3 pm. Check-out is no later than 12 noon. If you have a request for early check-in or late check-out, please inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on room occupancy.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Extras (transfers, transport, lunches and dinners) must be paid in cash only at the end of your stay, before departure.
RIAD WADIYA BOOKING CONDITIONS
The following conditions apply to the exclusive rental of the Riad:
- The number of people accommodated may not exceed the maximum capacity of the riad, i.e. 12 people (excluding children under 2).
- The Riad is rented exclusively for a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights.
- Reservations are confirmed on receipt of full payment within 8 days of the request for payment. Payment must be made by credit card or bank transfer. After this 8-day period, Riad Wadiya reserves the right to re-let the property.
> Cancellations must be notified to us by email info@riadwadiya.com.
> Cancellation 30 days or more prior to arrival: free of charge.
> Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival date: 50% of the stay is due.
> Cancellation or no-show between 15 days and arrival date: 100% of the stay is due.
RIAD WADIYA RULES
- Smoking is strictly forbidden in the rooms and communal areas of the riad. The terrace is the only place where you can smoke.
- It is strictly forbidden to bring drugs into the Riad.
- No person other than the guests indicated in the initial reservation is allowed to enter the riad, and in particular the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed at the Wadiya.
- When you're not in your room, please remember to turn off the air conditioning and lighting, as this helps us to protect the environment from unnecessary emissions.
- Please remember that henna tattoos can permanently stain clothes, linens and towels. Please take care to avoid the expense of replacing them.
- The organization of parties is forbidden.
RESPONSABLITIES
The staff of riad Wadiya and the owners decline all responsibility in the event of:
- Theft or damage to property belonging to guests. A safe with digital code is available to guests.
- Persons requiring assistance or supervision, in particular children, who are present within the riad are the sole responsibility of their parents, guardians or representatives and must not be left unattended within the riad.
- The safety and supervision of children are the sole responsibility of the accompanying adults, as the swimming pool does not have a child safety system.
- As the riad has a steam spa and swimming pool that are freely accessible and unsupervised, guests must first ensure that they are in good physical condition, in good health and fit to use them. They must also ensure that they have read, understood and complied with the specific instructions for use and safety posted near the hammam and pool. If this is not the case, they must inform themselves before using the equipment.
- In the event of breakdown or interruption, even prolonged, of the Riad's services or public utilities such as electricity, water, television, wifi or other, the management of Riad Wadiya cannot be held responsible under any circumstances.
- We recommend that customers take out adequate travel insurance to cover events such as accidents, illness and repatriation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit of €300 in cash (cheques or credit cards are not accepted) will be required to cover breakages, damage, repairs to the property or replacement of damaged or missing contents. This deposit will be taken on arrival by the Riad Wadiya manager and you will be given a receipt. The deposit will be fully refunded on departure if there are no damages or missing items. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Copies of payment receipts will be sent to the customer, together with any outstanding balance.
