Ideal for a stay in Marrakech with family or friends, the riad is entirely reserved for you.
This authentic, modern and bright riad, built around a tree-lined patio, will bring you calm and serenity. The patio is protected by a large veranda which can be opened in summer or closed, to keep the heat in, during the cooler months.
At ground floor, you benefit from a living room with a fireplace for winter evenings and a dining room, these two spaces have cold or hot air conditioning.
The riad has 6 air-conditioned rooms (reversible hot/cold) with their equipped bathrooms, a hammam and a massage room.
The two roof tops surround a swimming pool which is sunny all day, you will enjoy a breathtaking 360 degree view of the Atlas and the Medina.
Our rooms
Riad Wadiya has 6 rooms in total, or 12 beds. Each room has its own style, all decorations come from Moroccan artisans.
One bedroom is located on the ground floor, 4 bedrooms are located along a pretty passageway on the first floor, and the sixth bedroom is on the rooftop on the second floor.
All rooms offer a double bed measuring 180cm by 200cm, with the exception of one room on the first floor whose bed measures 160cm by 200cm. The rooftop bedroom can be fitted with two 90cm single beds.
Each room is air-conditioned (hot or cold air conditioning) and has its own shower room with toilet.
Our team at your service
In order to fully enjoy your vacation, a team is available for you. Jamal, the riad manager, will welcome you and advise you on all the activities to do in Marrakech. Our cook Mouna will prepare Moroccan breakfasts for you or will adapt to your desires and on request she will concoct local specialties for you.
A hammam and a massage room are also at your disposal with the possibility of enjoying home treatments.

A room dedicated to care is available on the rooftop where you can enjoy relaxing massages.
Hammam
A Moroccan hammam is at your disposal. You can enjoy a black soap scrub.
Pool
The swimming pool is located on the roof top with a sunny terrace nearby equipped with deckchairs and parasols.
Location
Riad Wadiya is located southwest of the Medina, in the highly sought-after Kasbah district, this district renowned for its calm is located at the foot of the Saadian Tombs and a ten-minute walk from the famous Jemaa El Fna square.
The Bahia and El Badii palaces are also nearby (10-15 minutes). The airport is a 15-minute drive from the Riad. The location of the Riad allows you to stroll on foot within the Medina.
The Riad is also accessible by taxi, it will drop you off 100 meters from its entrance.
